After the experience and study: yoga strengthens the back and heart


Received yoga popular in recent years in all parts of the world. Yoga is a sport and a philosophy born in India and contains many different exercises in which they are training all major muscle groups in the body. U.S. researchers have noticed some positive effects for the sport of India and especially its role in the elimination of back pain.

In the study conducted by researchers divided the participants who suffer from such pain into two groups. The first group has a yoga exercise for 75 minutes a week, at least in the form of group exercise and addition, about 30 minutes in the house alone, and the second group has to take the drug to eliminate pain.

Results showed that the group sports, which has been able to perform yoga exercises to reduce back pain by a third. The group that I came to the drugs to eliminate back pain dominion reduce pain by 5% only.

The researchers stressed that yoga is not good for the back only, but also work to strengthen the heart. This and previous studies showed some positive effects of yoga on physical health and mental health and psychological alike. Where yoga can help in the treatment of some diseases as diverse as circulatory problems, insomnia and nervous disorders (anxiety and depression) and chronic headaches.
